The triage system of making an appointment is unsatisfactory. You can end up receiving a call in a public place and having to describe embarrassing and private symptoms in public - not patient. Confidentiality.

Today I was seen by Celia Flint and as always she Treated me with the upmost care and respect and discussed all aspects of my visit. I have had breast cancer and Celia always takes care to discuss this with me even though as today she was removing my coil.
